Returns must be within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Freight charges must be pre-paid before returning. A return fee of 50% of the cost of the original material will be incurred. Before refusing or returning any product, please call customer service (T: +1 587-349-0066) and make prior arrangements. An authorization number must be issued to receive any form of compensation for the return. Cancellation: All of our powders are made to order. Cancelling an order after it has already gone into production will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
